Our inventory access, purchase, and memo services are strictly intended for professional jewelry trade partners. To request a B2B account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete business information, including valid trade references. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
We strive to ensure our inventory of certified white and fancy-colored lab-grown diamonds, melee, and fancy shapes is accurate. However, availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice. All specifications are based on independent grading reports (IGI, GIA, JBT).
Stones requested on memo/consignment are subject to approval. The partner assumes full financial responsibility for all diamonds on memo from the time of dispatch until they are returned to our office or paid for in full. Same-day dispatch is available for approved orders placed before 5:00 PM EST.
In no event shall Parin Labs, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our products or website services.
